Fairly good, stable, ready to place condition. Even, dull finish throughout. Drawers open and close smoothly. Scattered nicks, scuffs, scrapes consistent with age and use. Several cracked and chipped elements of molding along the edges of the upper and lower cases. Brasses possibly replaced and lock hardware replaced. Few instances of fill to the drawer fronts. The feet might be replaced—wear did not look significant enough to me to be right.
