stable and sturdy; with some considerable surface finish wear / loss, particularly to top surface and back, likely from sun and water exposure, the back side with drip marks evident, a few water rings to top; the top also with some age cracks and a few repaired breaks to veneer; the interior is remarkably intact, retaining mirror with adjustable easel- one hinge detached from screws, an inner wood veneer panel to interior detached but present; retaining lids for internal compartments, one lid with small loss at corner, another lid with detached knob (knob present); two compartments retaining metal liners; drawer faces with some minor puckering or cracks to veneer commensurate with age, with an area of veneer loss above drawer; brasses appear to be original, with no other screw holes evident; lower shelf with a few age cracks and repaired breaks; retaining original brass and wood casters- one caster with a couple lost elements; a couple losses to veneer to spade feet
